During the construction of this unique, robust and beautiful natural loghome (about 260m2 living space), only the best natural materials were used.
It is built on a land of 4735 m2, all building land! So you can easily add another house or two, horsestables, atelier,... A large part of the garden is completely fenced (horse and dog proof). The location is amazing: a stunning view over the Rhone valley, absolute tranquility, easy accessable in summer and winter, walking paths and horseride tracks in the surroundings. It is located in Loye (Grône) at about 1000 meters above sealevel, at 15 min drive from Vercorin and Nax skiresorts and 30 min drive from Crans-Montana.
The house is brand new, and is finished exept for some small finishing work. The entire building process took about three years since we used a natural drying method for the logs and there was a lot of manual craftsmanship involved. It is already possible to live in the house.
