In total, there is about 260 m2 living area (excluding the cellar and balcony).
The ground floor is made up of a huge loft living room with open kitchen (with island). It also has a hallway, a bathroom and a bedroom. Underneath the terras, there will be a basement (will be made together with the terras in spring).
The first floor consists of 3 duplex bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, one mezinine, a fireplace and a 24 m2 balcony with a great view. All of these rooms of the first floor are not yet finshed at this moment. This means that if you contact us soon, you can still rearange and add rooms to your liking.
